We are a small team, and everyone here works on things that end up being used: national planning scenarios, accessibility indicators, maps that municipalities take into council meetings. There is no layer between building something and seeing it applied.

Since 2025 the company is owned by its employees through a cooperative, so the people doing the work also decide where the company goes. See about us.

Roles we are usually interested in

(Junior) modeller: quantitative modelling of societal questions. Our current work concentrates on urbanisation and housing, the energy transition, accessibility and the social domain.

We are looking for people with a quantitative background, ideally with an interest in spatial analysis and modelling, who share the view that modelling should be open and transparent.
