The GeoDMS uses a CalcCache to store calculation results on disk. This CalcCache is defined as the set calculated (interim) results, stored persistently as files in the %CalcCache% folder or temporarily in the tmp subfolder of the CalcCache.

The default value of the %CalcCache% placeholder is %LocalDataProjDir%/CalcCache. The default value for the %LocalDataProjDir% is C:\LocalData\%ProjName%. In the config.ini the default locations can be overruled, see Directories and Placeholders. The CalcCache folder and its tmp subfolder are automatically created by the GeoDMS when the first results need to be stored.
